1. Cancellations & Returns
Cancellation requests will not be accepted if:
- The order has already been processed, shipped, or is out for delivery.
- The product is delivered in good condition as per the order placed.
- Incorrect item is delivered
Due to the nature of our FMCG food products, returns are only accepted in the following cases:
- Damaged packaging upon delivery.
- Defective product.
- Incorrect item delivered.
All such cases will be reviewed as per our return SOP.
2. Return Request Process
To initiate a return:

- Order details.
- A 360-degree unboxing video clearly showing the issue (mandatory for claims of damage or incorrect item).
- Submit your request within 48 hours of delivery.
- Our customer service team will review your request and respond with the next steps.
3. Refunds
Refunds may be issued if:
- The product delivered is verified as damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The quality of the product is established as unsatisfactory by our team upon review.
If your refund request is approved:
- The refund will be processed within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method through our payment partner.
- You will receive a confirmation notification once the refund is processed.
Please note: We do not provide exchanges or replacements.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
- Submit a 360-degree unboxing video and any other supporting details to support@sproutmom.com.
- Once verified, a reverse pickup will be arranged, and the product must be returned in its original packaging.
- Upon inspection and approval, the refund will be processed.
5. Product Mismatch or Quality Concerns
- If the product you received does not match what was displayed on the website or does not meet your expectations, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Our team will review your complaint based on the evidence provided and make a final decision.
6. Warranty Policy
As an FMCG food brand, we do not offer warranties on our products. If the product carries a manufacturer’s warranty, customers may contact the manufacturer directly for any warranty-related concerns.
7. Exceptions & Limitations
- If the returned product is not received in its original packaging or condition, the refund may be denied.
- If the reverse shipment is lost or delayed, we will investigate and keep you informed.
- Refund delays can be escalated to our customer support team for assistance.
